Duties & Taxes

We cover border taxes and duties on all orders, worldwide. You will not be charged extra or experience any hidden surprises.

 

Delivery Guidelines

We offer free shipping on US and International orders over USD $250 or the equivalent in other currencies.

We deliver worldwide with DHL Express. Us and International delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days. You'll be emailed with tracking information and an exact ETA after the package has been picked up by the courier. 

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the sender. Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. The customer is liable for any fees associated with returns due to inaccurate delivery information.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cin Cin cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit or delivery. If you encounter this issue, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

 

 

RETURNS

Black Friday Sale Policy

All discounted / marked down purchases during Black Friday are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted. Discount codes cannot be used on already marked down items. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

 

Spend & Save Promotion 

Strictly No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges on any order during the Spend + Save promotion where discount code has been applied. Offer applies to all seasons and already marked down product. Limited Time Only. 

 

Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at customercare@cincin.com with "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" along with your order number in the subject line.

 

Returns within the United States

While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your Cin Cin purchase, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund. Please remember that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any marked down (sale) products.

 

International Returns

If you are situated outside the United States, you will be responsible for returning any items. Returns should be sent back to our warehouse in either the USA or Australia. Please note that there may be additional fees associated with these returns.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we would be more than happy to assist! All shipping costs associated with exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, and processing fees may apply.

 

Sale Items / Discounted Items 

Please note that all items in our SALE section are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This policy also refers to any item using a discount code at checkout. 

Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are already marked down. 

'Welcome15' codes are excluded from this policy and orders can be returned or exchanged providing they are within the 14 day window. 

 

Returns Policy for Clip-on Jewels & Jewelry Accessories 

All sales of clip-on jewels and jewelry accessories are final. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.

 

Conditions for Refunds

All items eligible for a refund must have the hang tag/hygiene sticker still attached and must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition, free of odors and stains.

  

Returns Handling Fee

All US returns (refunds, exchanges and store credits) are subject to a handling fee of $15 USD deducted per order. International returns are exempt from this fee as the customer is responsible for organizing and funding the return shipment.
